Horizontal trash rack cleaner with control flap

We designed, built and installed a horizontally travelling trash rack cleaner for a customer. Separate transport of debris is unnecessary: it is removed by operating the control flap.

Refurbished Francis turbine

A Francis turbine rated at approximately 40 kW was removed from the customer’s plant, refurbished in our workshop and returned to service. The main issues were age-related mechanical wear and two broken components.

Sluice gate for flow regulation

Our galvanised steel or aluminium sluice gate systems provide high corrosion resistance. Our project managers and manufacturing team undertake both refurbishment and construction of new gates.

Schmaleicher Mühle power plant refurbishment

Until the 1990s, Schmaleicher Mühle processed grain into flour. Milling machines on four floors, connected by transmission drives, were powered by a 1924 Francis turbine producing 21 kW of mechanical power at a head of 2.8 m.
