Assess condition
The existing plant and visible wear provide the basis for further maintenance.
Regular inspection and maintenance help identify wear early. We consider the specific characteristics of your hydropower plant and tailor maintenance to its operation.

The existing plant and visible wear provide the basis for further maintenance.
A maintenance plan considers the design, condition and operating requirements of your hydropower plant.
Agree on required work early and coordinate it with plant operation.
For inspection and maintenance we consider your plant as a whole – from the turbine and hydraulic steelwork to the control system. The result is a maintenance plan from a single source.
Every hydropower plant has its own operating history. Regular inspections help identify changes and plan required work. We agree the maintenance scope with you based on the existing equipment and operating procedures.
Logged operating conditions such as water levels and alarms provide additional information on the condition of your plant. Remote monitoring via a secure VPN connection helps detect faults early and prevent equipment damage.

If the inspection shows a need for action, we carry out the work ourselves: from turbine refurbishment in our workshop and the repair or new construction of hydraulic steelwork to renewing the control system. We repair turbine shaft guide bearings without removing the turbine shaft.
Our hydropower team is happy to answer all questions about your installation, from planning to execution of your order.

Tell us about your project or the task at your existing plant. We will discuss requirements and next steps with you.
